- Mei Hatsume as Kusuri's replacement, only with her machines instead of drugs.
- Itsuka Kendo as Iku's replacement for "sports girl". Her kink may or may not be transplanted.
- Iida as either Kishika's replacement for "knight" girl or Chiyo's for her "class president" role.
- Semi-Jossed on the latter, as of right now — Izuku is the class president.
- Tokoyami as the Chuunibyou, replacing Uto.
- Mina will be the equivalent to Ahko as a Gyaru Girl. For fun's sake, she'll be energetic 100% of the time, as opposed to the original.
- Alternatively, Setsuna could be the one to take Ahko's role of Gyaru Girl, given it's established in canon that Setsuna used to be one.
- Toru Hagakure as Meme's equivalent, but mostly because her invisibility makes it hard for her to attract attention.
- Kinoko Komori for Yamame's place as "nature lover".
- Midnight picks up Naddy's position as "sexy teacher".
- Himiko Toga as Rin's equivalent, which, in Himiko's case, would be her desire to see people bleed.
- Mirko picks Eira's place as "martial artist".
