Mel's death by bow and arrow was REAL
Note that the actor's death happened before the movie was released. The original cause of death was listed as lung cancer. Could be that the actor found out he was terminal, and conspired to commit assisted suicide and pass it off as 'visual effects' for the film. The director is the only one in on it.- Not only is this obviously wrong this is actually really disrespectful to the actor making up a story like this.
