The HPSC will intentionally try to rig the death of Fudaki against UA in an effort to get UA under their control.

Fudaki's death opens up a can of worms. While UA can argue that both Aizawa and 13 gave explicit orders to stick together and never attack the villains, Fudaki disobeyed those orders and got himself killed when he found himself in an unwinnable position. However, the HPSC will intentionally use this as an excuse to force UA under HPSC control, as even if it was the damn brat's fault, UA still allowed a student to die.

The HPSC will label the MSF a terrorist organization if Nezu tries to get MSF personnel to UA.

Madam President has spent the past ten years (and maybe even longer) trying to get Japan's prestigious Hero School to dance to her tunes, but Nezu often found loopholes she would then try to close back up. Once she finds out the MSF has a contract with UA, she would immediately try to force the UN to label the MSF a terrorist organization to both deter Nezu and force UA to her heel.
  • Attempted. The HPSC knows the MSF has been involved in crimes, the problem is that it would implicate the HPSC in even worse crimes.

The HPSC will try to use the major villain groups to get rid of the MSF in Japan.

As time goes on, the HPSC President will get more and more desperate. The warlords in Africa are losing ground by the day, any attempts to get information on the main base of the MSF were useless, and add in the MSF on Japanese soil because of a contract with UA means she'll have to either force them out with heroes - which after Africa, was not going to work. Or get the major villain groups like the new League of Villains, the Meta Liberation Army, the Wild Villains, the Volcano Thieves, the Shie Hissaski, and all the prisoners in Japan to get rid of the MSF.

Nighteye will try to use Izuku as blackmail leverage against All Might and the MSF, only for it to fail horribly.

Sir Nighteye had picked Mirio as his successor. When Mirio refuses, Nighteye is pissed. However, instead of yelling at Mirio (lest he risks Mirio going to a different hero for internships), he's going to blackmail All Might and Snake into giving One for All to Mirio under threat of him telling the HPSC that Izuku is back in Japan. Instead of it working, it will end with Mirio going to a different hero to intern, Centipede and Bubble Girl quitting in anger and either joining a different hero agency or the MSF, and Nighteye being disowned by a very angry All Might.
  • Jossed. The Author admits in the comments that while Nighteye is a dick, he's not going to rat out Izuku to the HPSC.

Aizawa will be removed from teaching at UA.

With Fudaki dead and Aizawa suffering from I Reject Your Reality levels of delusion, he would prove himself as a liability in teaching. As such, Nezu would have Aizawa two choices: Take a long, paid leave for therapy while retaking all hero and teaching courses to accept that his bias isn't fact, nor logical. Or be fired, have his hero license revoked, and thrown into Tartarus because of his sheer levels of incompetence got a student killed.
  • Semi-confirmed: After Ocelot re-breaks Aizawa's arms, Nezu aims to force Aizawa to take therapy. He, however, cannot be fired due to his Quirk being too valuable to fall into HPSC hands.

Naomasa will find out the truth behind the death of Inko Midoriya, and Izuku's fate as a government experiment.

With All Might calling up Naomasa to find out more about the MSF (instead of just asking them), Naomasa has his men look through international servers. With it, he would find out that the MSF has been protecting trade routes, liberating Africa bit by bit from tyrannical warlords, and successfully disbanding a drug cartel and human trafficking ring in South America and Europe respectively. However, when he looks deeper, he will find out about how the MSF came into existence, as well as the pure levels of unethicality and depravity the HPSC did upon the Midoriya family.
  • Subverted. Doing a surface check yielded nothing for them other than two photos, one of which was taken by a fellow cop in the span of nine years. However, he has started Spotting the Thread upon finding the remains of Agent Matter.

The League of Villians will launch an attack right amid the Sports Festival.

With both heroes and MSF as security for the Sports Festival with civilians and students under their guard, tensions are at an all-time high, and an opportunity to interrupt the Festival is too ripe for the League of Villians to ignore. With chaos spreading all over, confusion and panic are imminent: while MSF and (hopefully, some of) the heroes try to do the best they can, several students (mainly Bakugo, Todorokai, and Mineta, and classes that are not 1-A) and other heroes attack the former under the belief that they are 'villains', and the civilians, believing that the heroes would protect all of them, would as much as even to refuse to be evacuated by MSF. The real villains (the League) would have free reign on what to do (mainly causing chaos and deaths), and there would be casualties for all sides, a fact that not even the HSPC can cover up and blame MSF for. Snake and MSF would shake the world even more, especially should some go out fighting to protect civilians, UA's students, and even All-Might, splintering the viewpoints of everyone on what is an actual 'villain.'
  • Not likely. The LOV is brand new and consists of Shigaraki, Kurogiri, All for One and whatever complete Nomu Garaki has. Even if they could magically find the recruits needed in time for the Sports Festival, it would need to be before the Sports Festival's starting day, which if it goes by Canon, is roughly two to four weeks after the USJ. If something does happen, it'll be by the Ninth Circle, or Madam President has a few corrupt heroes let in extremely dangerous villains to cause havoc and frame the MSF for it.
