WMG / Littlest Pet Shop: A World of Our Own

Go To

The pets' last names are not their owners' last names.
Rather, they are the last names they gave themselves.
  • Exactly. How would a person have a last name as Gilturtle and another as Catkin? These surnames literally have the name of an animal as part of it.
  • They could may as well be portmanteaus and punny names between their species and their owner’s last names.

The series will have a Crossover with 2012 Littlest Pet Shop...
...as the pets will enter Paw-Tucket to visit the Littlest 6.

Petula was abused by her owner(s) in the human world which would explain she became mean to other pets.
  • Bullies are often made when their parents/guardians mistreated them at home, so this would make sense to how Petula became a meanie. Maybe the same happened to her posse with their owners.

Petula is actually a pseudonym the character uses.
  • Besides, who in the right mind would name their pet Petula if it means "petulant"?
  • It could also be a mean nickname other pets gave her and she just decided to roll with it. Her real name could be Petunia for all we know.

Petula and her posse will become a group of Atoners.
  • This sounds like a great idea, though then again the show would need a new antagonist if that's the case. Maybe one pet has some serious self-esteem issues and they bully them, then said pet would develop something akin to depression or self-doubt or maybe the posse would go too far to where they would beat up pets. Then they would realize that their actions can lead to serious consequences.

Paw-Tucket is actually the pet afterlife.
They go there for being good pets, they all interact as equals and no one needs to eat each other, nothing really bad ever happens...

Bertram Corgiwaddle's owner is Queen Elizabeth II.
This would explain why he's a royal corgi and would make sense given Her Majesty's history with the breed.
