mk2/Re;birth2 Arfoire had similar origins to her Re;birth1 version.
Arfoire was vaguely stated to be from Lowee rather than simply existing from the beginning of time, which means she could have started as a normal CPU or human. Additionally, she created the Four Felons, who seem to have more personality than her current state. Even stranger is that one of them is a Well-Intentioned Extremist, despite being created by an Omnicidal Maniac. It's possible like Re;birth1's Arfoire, she was once a normal human/CPU with the ability to copy others' abilities and intended to use her powers for good. Unlike in Re;birth1, she was never saved from being corrupted and had so much of her original personality corroded that she became who she is today. The Four Felons that she created might have portions of her original personality, with all the well intentioned aspects placed into Brave. The Four Felons are dark representations of aspects of the CPUs' personalities.
- Neptune is a Friend to All Children whose deepest wish, as seen in VII, is for her people to live in happiness and peace. This is represented by Brave being a Well-Intentioned Extremist Anti-Villain who is willing to commit crimes to make children happy.
- Noire is easily the most arrogant CPU, believing herself to the best and most capable at everything. This is represented by Magic believing Arfoire to be invincible and unbeatable, even as she's dying.
- Blanc has a short fuse and a hot temper, being the type to smash first and ask questions later. This is represented by Judge being a mindless berserker who lives only to spread death and destruction.
- Vert wishes to have little sisters of her own and constantly tries to steal Nepgear away from Neptune. This is represented by Trick being an open and shameless lolicon.
