- Deleted Scene: Some of the scenes that appeared in Jackass Number Two and Jackass 2.5 - such as the horse milking and the prostate exam - were originally filmed for Wildboyz, but never previously aired due to censors.
- Pop-Culture Urban Legends: A rumor that went on for years was that the show ended because of the death of Steve Irwin, with either the network or the hosts themselves not feeling safe doing stunts with animals anymore. Steve-O would later deny this, stating that they decided to end the show months before Irwin's passing.

- What Could Have Been: MTV offered to renew for a fifth season, but Steve-O and Chris Pontius turned it down, stating that they'd felt burned out on ideas for the show and that they wanted to focus on filming Jackass Number Two.
