  • Screwed by the Lawyers: Subverted in regards to Lucasfilm. Warner/Chappell, a music company who holds the music rights jointly with Disney, tried to monetize the film for their own purposes due to leitmotives from Star Wars being used in it. However, Star Wars Theory had already made an agreement with Lucasfilm that the film could be made with no one profiting from it. Shortly after Warner/Chappell’s claim, Lucasfilm stepped in and confirmed that the existing agreement would still stand.
