• Breaking Old Trends: Season 1 is 26 full episodes long (but released in batches of 5), which is double the length of Netflix's usual season limit of 10-13 full episodes a season. The second and third season though, are split in half to the traditional 13.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Netflix pulled the series off on April 2nd, 2023. While Season 1 was able to get a DVD release, the other two seasons weren't as lucky. Thankfully, you can purchase them digitally on retailers like Amazon Prime and iTunes.
• The Other Darrin: As with most animated shows based on popular movies, the entire cast of Celebrity Voice Actors are replaced with veteran voice actors and TV actors. The two main exceptions are Michael Patrick Bell as White Shadow and Ken Jeong as Kim-Ly.
• Production Posse: The crew is mostly made of former Motorcity workers.
• What Could Have Been: Originally planned to be a stand-alone special, it was later decided to be a full-length series due to DreamWorks Animation being impressed by Titmouse's work on Motorcity.
