• Fake Irish: Damon Herriman plays Irish Priest Father Mcintyre. Ironically, Herriman himself is Australian.
• Fake Nationality: Ukranian actress Olga Kurylenko as Turkish Ayshe. Australian actress Megan Gale (of English and Maori descent) also plays a Turkish woman. Omer, Ayshe's obnoxious brother-in-law, is played by an Italian-Australian. The actor who plays the Greek commander is also Australian.
