• Real-Life Relative: Gosh, young Fenix and adult Fenix look remarkably alike, don't they? That's because they're played, respectively, by brothers Adan and Axel Jodorowsky — sons of director Alejandro Jodorowsky. Adan and Axel's older brother Teo plays the pimp who inadvertently leads Fenix to the Tattooed Woman, and the eldest Jodorowsky brother, Brontis (whose other roles include his father's on-screen son in the first act of El Topo), has a minor role as an asylum orderly.
