• Missing Episode: In Latin America, Brazil, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Italy, Germany, South Korea, and Croatia. Apparently, Greece only aired the episode once. Surprisingly Averted in the English dub.
• Swan Song: This was the final episode of the DiC version of Sailor Moon. While the dubbing would remain of the same studio (Optimum Productions), Cloverway would take over the series for S in 2000.
• Urban Legend of Zelda: For years, many fans believed this episode was made up for the English dub despite it appearing in the Japanese run. It probably didn't help that this was a Missing Episode in many international dubs. The fact that parts from the third season, which DiC wasn't involved with, appear in the episode should have been the first clue.
  • It's also common for viewers to claim the original Japanese version was a simple recap episode and the girls fighting over who should be the new heroine was made up for the dub. It wasn't. If anything, the Japanese version breaks the fourth wall with the girls each wanting to be the new main character. Dic downplays this to them wanting to be the new "leader," a conversation that could happen in-universe.
