Trivia / Persona 4 Abridged (The Abridgigation Team)

• Approval of God: A fan of the series by the name of Velocity Rider has made fan animations of various scenes in the series that have been very highly praised by the team.
• Creator Backlash: Jordan and Reed seem to view their older parodies as this. Max feels this way about his old videos too.
  Max: I've pretty much disowned everything I made before my Evangelion parody.
• Promoted Fanboy: One fan going by the delightful name of "Fishtitties" desperately wants to be this. This is mostly because he got a lot of attention in the first stream, but the team only occasionally acknowledges him now.
• Real Song Theme Tune: The series uses "Fighting" by Yellowcard as its opening theme. Yu also has "In Motion" by hide as his ringtone and has "Black Dragon" by The Vines play when he receives a text in episode 6.
• Schedule Slip: Episode 8 came out five and a half years after episode 7. Probably the second longest gap between episodes in an abridged series behind only Naruto Abridged.
• The Other Darrin: Kou and Daisuke have both had two voice actors. Yukiko is currently on her third voice actress. Ironic as she's one of only three of the Investigation Team members not to have her English VA changed. (The other two being Yu and Yosuke)
  • As of 2021 with the release of episode 8, Yukiko is now on her fourth voice actress, with Kanji and Naoto also having new voice actors.
