• Actor Allusion:
  • A rare case of a reference coming from the same series when Rainbow does an impression of Applejack, both characters being voiced by the same actress.
  • Rainbow Dash trying to get her nickname changed to "Care Mare" when she imitates Fluttershy is a nod to Ashleigh Ball's previous role in a Care Bears cartoon.
• Blooper: During the scene where Rainbow is packing her bags after being made an official Wonderbolt, what appears to be a production time code is visible in the background for a few frames.
• Woman of a Thousand Voices: Ashleigh Ball performing the Mel Blanc-ian feat of having Rainbow Dash do impressions of all five other Mane Cast members.
  • It's doubly impressive in that one of those characters is another character she already voices with a different accent, meaning she had to make her Rainbow Dash mimic her Applejack without it completely overtaking the Rainbow Dash voice. Whether or not she was successful is debatable but just trying to accomplish that is an interesting challenge in the least.
