• Approval of God:
  • Mr. Deejay, composer of "Sink", expressed his approval of "Dire Attempt 2401" for being as faithful to Super Mario 64 as "Sink" was to Sonic the Hedgehog.
  • Misfire shared a fan Mario Mix for "Final Escape" called "SNESCAPADE" on her community tab.
  • Misfire shared a fan animation based on "MARIO IS MISSING" in her community tab.
  • Misfire retweeted fanart of PS135 with his eye bulging out of his mouth, saying that it's kinda how she imagined the eye would work.
  • Misfire has also commented on a hypothetical D-Sides version of PS135, a demonic version of Foreman Spike called WC985, outright saying "OFFICIAL????" on it.
    • She also commented positively on YX999, the official D-Sides team's take on PS135, specifically calling his basis^note  A Yoshi's Island glitch that gave Yoshi 999 lives (Hence, Y × 999) if he lands on a P-Switch after jumping in lava at zero lives, the implication being that he just can't die clever.
  • The Mistful Crimson Morning Reborn account has tweeted their approval of "Disperazione".
  • sm64rise, one of the creators of "OWO Project"^note The ROM Hack from which Mawio originates, commented under "OwO", calling the song beautiful. The comment has been pinned by Misfire.
  • Misfire commented on a cover of MARIO IS MISSING V2 called WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO SPONGEBOB, voicing her approval after she surprisingly liked the song.
  • LuigiGeek the VA of Ultima Weapon commented on a cover of Follow called Destruct made by the same person who made the cover of MARIO IS MISSING V2, voicing his approval.
• Based on a Dream: In the comments for "???", it's revealed by luaxian that the whole concept for Monkey 32 revolves all around this.
• Blooper: Misire disappears briefly after delivering her "Hey, fuckface! This is my song!" line about halfway through "Insert".
• They Also Did:
  • Prior to Mario Mix, Misfire composed the OST for Vs. Antrollia and also made songs for Friday Night Flippin'.
  • FriedFrick who helped Misfire compose some songs, hilariously, also has their own Mario Mix titled Sonic.exe (Mario Mix)
• Official Fan-Submitted Content:
  • Salutation credits bluecyberpig for all of the song, indicating that this is essentially a fanmade Mario Mix song made official by Misfire.
  • "Unstoppable Force" prioritizes Mirarosewarne in its credits despite Misfire also working on the song, as most of the song was made by the former.
• Prop Recycling:
  • Mario's chromatic in "Mirror Mode" is from Super Mario Bros. Funk Mix, complete with the bitcrush filter kept intact.
    • Lucas also uses Luigi's chromatic from the aforementioned mod too.
  • Xenophanes, his victims and Lord X use the same chromatics they used in Vs Sonic.exe in "Console War" and "Free-For-All".
  • Matpat's chromatic is taken directly from VS OURPLE GUY.
• What Could Have Been: The animation before the climax of "Follow" portrays Ultima Weapon with a slightly different design; this is because his design was changed some time between the animation's completion and the video's publishing.
• Word of Gay:
  • PS135 is bisexual according to Misfire.
  • While showing off drawings for Boyfriend and Girlfriend's Lost Levels counterparts, Misfire stated that Chargin' Chelsey, Girlfriend's counterpart, is a trans girl.
• Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: After receiving one too many complaints regarding songs she hasn't made Mario Mixes of yet (in particular "Chaos" and "Sunshine"), Misfire made a community post saying that asking her to make certain songs just makes her not want to do them, and if they want those songs to let her do her thing and she'll get around to them eventually.
