  • Demand Overload: During the first few days of this game's release, it was common to see reports that the game either crashed or wouldn't load due to many people trying to play it at once.
  • Milestone Celebration: The game was released on April 15, 2023 coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the original SIF when it was first launched in Japan.
  • The Other Darrin: The game is the debut of Coco Hayashi as the voice of Setsuna. Though Tomori Kusunoki can still be heard as Setsuna in the Nijigasaki songs released prior to stepping down from the role on March 31, 2023.
  • Schedule Slip: The Global release was originally announced for sometime in 2023, but for the entire remainder of the year following the Japanese release official word stayed completely silent on the actual release date despite the English version appearing at public venues. It wouldn't be until December 2023 that they would finalize the release date, upon which it was revealed that the Global launch had been pushed back to February 2024note
  • Uncredited Role: Bizarrely, the game's developer, GREE, elected to omit mention of their own company entirely from both in-game credits and their own website.
