• Acting for Two: Everyone voiced multiple characters, leading to many instances of this.
• Crossdressing Voices: In a rarity for an 80s girl's cartoon (actually a lot of cartoons in general with some exceptions), the title character was actually voiced by a boy, Tony St. Vincent, whose voice hadn't broken yet at the time.
• Cross-Regional Voice Acting: Due to his presence on Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats at around the same time, Danny Mann is credited as one of the handful of voices for the series.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: VHS releases from Hi-Tops Video are long out of print, and a complete series release was in Region 2 only.
• Out of Order: The German DVD release episodes are out of order compared to official episode listings, which affects the dragon story arc.
• Prop Recycling: The toyline's doll molds were later reused, with slight modifications, for another Mattel property, Peppermint Rose.
