• Development Hell: The most recent chapter went up in 2014, while the most recent blog post about the reboot is from 2016.
• Trailers Always Spoil: The fic's description (which has since been changed) used to spoil Kamina Jiha, Sierra, and Marceline the Vampire Queen joining Zim's party in the future. Said characters are still mentioned on the author's profile, but it only says that they'll be in the story. It turns out that this lineup is not happening after all, as the author is rebooting the story with a different party.
  • The author went on to spoil at least some of the new party on his blog. It will include Grimlock and/or Jasper, EDI, and Martian Manhunter. Sierra will still be featured in the reboot in some capacity, this time as another Keyblade wielder.
