- Role Reprise: Jon St. John reprises his role as Duke Nukem in Bloodrite
- Rule 34 – Creator Reactions: The developer happily encourages it, and in fact drew porn of Zan and other Hedon characters himself when the game's development was in its infancy. This extends to commissioning porn artists for the (safe) artwork used in news update headers, and various Easter eggs found in the game's levels.
- Teasing Creator: Zan (the developer) usually tends to troll those who asks him if Zan (the character) is a Hermaphrodite, as most of her art tends to depict her with a penis.
