- All There in the Manual: The creature from The Deep Blue is called the Ocean Resident in a T-shirt from the official merch store (now removed). In addition, the Gardeners are given the same treatment in its stead.
- Bury Your Art: Remy Abode privated The Deep Blue in early January 2023 out of dissatisfaction with the video, finding it slow, out of place with the rest of the series, and redundant with Advanced Mining Vehicle (which put more focus on the Gardeners/Ocean Residents).
- Colbert Bump: While it did develop a dedicated fandom, Gemini Home more or less received little attention from the horror community... until YouTuber Wendigoon did a video discussing the genius of the channel.
- Follow the Leader: After the "Our Solar System" episode released, lots of other Analog Horror creators started making similar videos about solar system probe missions (though often about other, alien solar systems rather than our own) with increasingly creepy descriptions of the featured planets and moons.
- Unfinished Episode: Two episodes were scrapped during production; Your Best Self and Basics of Broadcast. What was completed of both was released as Patreon-exclusive videos, and neither are considered canonical.
- Word of God: According to Remy Abode on the GHE Discord server, Deep Root Disease was the scariest to make; the concept of which deeply disturbed him.
