• Deleted Role: Isabelle Fuhrman and James Frain had their roles cut in the final film, which has a different third act than the original. The original cut, which does feature them, was included on the home video release.
• Release Date Change: The film was scheduled for an August 14th, 2020 release before having its release date changed multiple times, with the COVID-19 Pandemic being among the factors. It was ultimately released on July 16th, 2021.
• Spared by the Cut: The original cut, seen only in home releases of the film, changes the third act entirely. It doesn't feature the return of Amanda Harper (therefore implying that she remains dead), but also gives Zoey and Ben an ambiguously happy ending, whereas the theatrical cut has a Bolivian Army Ending.
