• Acting for Two: Azman Zulkiply voices General Rama, Agent Rizwan and Viktor.
• Channel Hop: The first two seasons aired on TV3, but the third season of the show is streamed exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: Ali is voiced by the female Ida Rahayu Yusoff.
• Trolling Creator: On 29th February 2020, the official Agent Ali YouTube channel posted a video titled "ejen ali the movie FULL 2019". Instead of the actual film, however, the video is an animated loop of Comot dancing to the "Mamak Maju" song for the same duration as that of the movie. The title itself is similar to that of pirated movies uploaded to YouTube.
• What Could Have Been: Usamah Zaid Yain stated that before they made the revelation that The Mole of Numeros is Jenny, they intended to make Rizwan the mole instead of her. But it was changed because it was too easy for the viewers to figure out that Rizwan is the traitor. However in season 2, the idea of a traitorous Rizwan is used in episode MISSION: RETURN, but it was confirmed that he was a Fake Defector all along.
