• Approval of God: Brendon Small himself has linked to them on his Twitter feed, even helped arranged and allowed them to use one of the songs from Galaktikon in the opening for the third video.
• Colbert Bump: The videos gave a significant boost and introduced the general audience to Metalocalypse, and even gave a boost to the Dethklok Albums sales ever since the video came out. While the show is fairly successful itself, many fans admit that they came from watching Batmetal.
• Schedule Slip: Referenced with the third title Batmetal Forever since, you know, it came out forever. Not surprising considering the detailed animation and only two men are animating it^note technically, it's a small team but since the other members are the producer and art director, it still counts, which will understandably take a long time to do.
