The Winx train in Aisha's new gym to prepare to fight without powers. Afterward, they return to Linphea to fight the Treants and a flying Cloud Tower. Flora saves her sister Miele, and gains her new transformation Bloomix.

- Big "NO!": Aisha does one after Roy and Nex get turned to stone by one of the basilisks.

- "Eureka!" Moment: When Thoren tells Daphne he’s sure she’ll get to the “root of the problem”, she realizes the Treants’ roots are the key to controlling them.
- Living Crashpad: When Stella attempts a triple backflip with the help of the Pixies, they lose their grip on her and she lands on top of Kiko.
- New Powers as the Plot Demands: When the Winx perform “good and courageous acts” they get a new power called Bloomix.
- Taken for Granite: Selina conjures up three basilisks which turn several of the students at Linphea college into stone, and near the end of the episode, Roy and Nex get petrified as well.
- Taking the Bullet: Roy dives in front of Aisha to block the basilisk’s petrifying beam and gets turned to stone instead of her.
- When Trees Attack: The Trix turn the Treants evil to attack Linphea College.
