The Bears invite Charlie to be on their basketball team after Panda gets hurt, but Charlie ruins the fun of the game when he gets a little too into it.

- Acquired Situational Narcissism: Once Charlie gets the hang of playing basketball, he becomes a showboater and keeps hogging the ball from the bears.
- Celebrity Star: The Bears' opposing team are voiced by NBA All-Stars Paul George, Kyrie Irving and Damian Lillard (whose character even wears a Blazers jersey). Co-owned channel TNT was airing the NBA All-Star Game on the week the episode premiered in the US.
- Curse Cut Short: When Charlie pops out of the bushes, Panda starts to say "You scared the..." before Charlie covers his mouth.
- Group Hug: Charlie gives a big one to the bears for saving him from having his picture taken, and for forgiving him for his poor sportsmanship.
- I Am the Noun: When Grizzly kicks Charlie off their team for his poor sportsmanship, Charlie retorts "I am the team!"
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Charlie wears an ill-fitting bear costume to the game. At first he's unsure that it'll work, but the other players assume he' s just another bear. Later, Charlie plays for the other team wearing only a hooded sweatshirt with no pants, and he still doesn't get discovered until the hoodie comes off.
