- Secret Legacy (Two-Parter Pilot): Young Robby Malto has trouble adjusting after his family moves to the quiet town of Witwicky. Until him and his sister Mo discover the Terrans, the first Transformers created on Earth.
- Moo-ving In: Bumblebee struggles with his new role as the Terrans' mentor.
- House Rules: Frustrated with the Malto's strict house rules, Thrash convinces Mo to take a trip to the city. While there, they gain the attention of a Decepticon named Swindle.
- Classified: After mistaking her for a child-kidnapping Decepticon, G.H.O.S.T. special agent Schloder starts to go on the hunt for Twitch.
- Traditions: Robby declares himself too old for the family's traditional Wakwak hunt. Alex decides to share his family history with Bumblebee. Meanwhile Twitch encounters the Autobot Wheeljack, the creator of the drones she scanned her altmode from.
- Friends and Family: Mo and Robby feel anxious about their first day at their new school. It doesn't help that the Terrans suddenly start acting strange.
- Decoy: Optimus and Megatron clash over G.H.O.S.T.'s treatment of Decepticon-prisoners, while pursuing a bunch of rowdy Cassetticons.
- Age of Evolution, Part 1: Wondering whether they're the only Terrans in the universe, Twitch and Thrash re-visit the cave they were created in.
- Age of Evolution, Part 2: The Malto family now has three more Terrans to their numbers. Will their new allies be enough to defeat Mandroid and free Dot and Megatron?
- Hashtag Oops: While trying to get her own altmode, Hashtag gets herself into a bit of trouble.
- Outtakes: Jawbreaker wonders how to choose the right alt-mode, so he interviews some bots to get their perspective with help from Hashtag.
- Missed Connection: When Nightshade's feeling isolated from the rest of the Malto family, they find a new connection in the most unlikely of places.
- Security Protocols: Bumblebee's past as an elite racecar driver is exposed and Special Agent Schloder is hot on his trail.
- Bear Necessities: Mother's Day goes wrong and the Maltos discover a toxic threat to Mother Earth.
- Warzone: Robby and Mo join the Terrans on a visit to the Spacebridge Memorial Park, but the memory of the siege opens up old wounds, and more, for Megatron.
- Home, Part 1: The kids and Terrans sneak out for a night of fun in Philadelphia, but their dreams of visiting the big city transform into a nightmare.
- Home, Part 2: After uncovering an underground Cybertronian fighting ring, the kids rediscover an old enemy and learn some shocking truths.
- A Stygi Situation: Jawbreaker finally chooses an alt-mode, but instead of changing into it, the alt-mode changes him.
- Disarmed: Robby, Mo, and the Terrans attempt to unlock new Cybersleeve powers, with disastrous results.
- What Dwells Within: The Maltos must form an uneasy alliance with some old enemies to escape an ancient threat underground.
- Prime Time: Feeling helpless as Robby's condition worsens, Mo wishes she had never touched the Emberstone.
- Stowed Away, Stowaways: Optimus Prime suspects G.H.O.S.T is hiding something and sends Bumblebee on a secret recon mission deep within G.H.O.S.T HQ.
- The Battle of Witwicky: The truth about the Terrans is revealed as the Malto family make a last stand against Croft and her sinister forces within G.H.O.S.T.
- The Last Hope: The Malto family must overcome insurmountable odds to stop Mandroid once and for all and save Cybertronian kind. (Two-Parter Season Finale)
