- The sheer unhappiness on Robby and Mo after the Terrans are taken in by G.H.O.S.T.
- In "Classified", Optimus admits to Dot that he's not sure whether G.H.O.S.T. can be trusted, but after the war, they were basically the only ones still willing to help the Autobots. He pretty much had no choice but to take their deal, if he didn't want his people to be entirely on their own after stranding them on a foreign planet.
- Megatron's current situation. He's despised by his former faction for allying with the Autobots and G.H.O.S.T. Most Decepticons have come to see him as a spineless Autobot sympathizer and won't even give him the time of day. His treaty with G.H.O.S.T. also forces him to lock the very people he tried to protect away, with no chance of rehabilitation.
- Breakdown, who is Bumblebee's friend in this universe, sacrifices himself so Bumblebee can escape G.H.O.S.T.
- Twitch breaks down crying after she and the others are told that Bumblebee's cover was blown and won't be returning anytime soon.
- It's revealed that Megatron fears that the Allspark was destroyed when it went through the exploding Spacebridge, dooming both Cybertron and the Cybertronians to extinction. He believes that the Terrans might be the best hope for the species, and hopes that their generation manages to avoid the mistakes that may have doomed theirs.
- Several viewers pointed out that, due to Transformers being functionally immortal (or at least very long-lived compared to humans), the Terrans will most likely outlive their human family.
- Starscream's Butt-Monkey status is played straight this time, as it's clear that what he endured under Megatron's hands has deeply affected him. Thus, he responds with shock when Hashtag believes him.
- Robby's dire medical condition after experimentation with the Cyber-Sleeves, with everyone fearing for his life.
- Mandroid is successfully able to kill every Cybertronian on Earth with Twitch being the only survivor after Thrash gives his life to save hers, Twitch breaks down crying. Thankfully Mo and Robby are able to bring everyone back to life.
