Fridge Brilliance
- The Terrans are all Canon Foreigners, while every Cybertronian seen so far share their names with existing characters in the franchise. This supports a major theme around them, about how they are still discovering who they are. If Jawbreaker was instead a version of Bulkhead, that would give us preconceived notions of who he is. While the names Thrash and Jawbreaker have been used before (as a toyline-only Infernocon from The Last Knight and a Transmetal 2 Beast Wars Maximal respectively), neither has had enough of a presence in the fiction to provide a serious notion of who the character is.
- The Ember Stone has the same initials as Earth Spark, and the words are synonyms, albeit reversed.
- Mandroid being in such bad shape after adding another Transformer arm to his body may have less to do with the extra organic technology tipping the balance, and more to do with circumstances; with Hardtop's arm, he was implanting it over a long-healed wound. With Brawl's arm, he had removed his remaining human arm not long before, and placed the new arm over the still-freshly damaged area.
- The Sharkticons transporting all the Maltos and not just Mo and Robby seems Like You Would Really Do It when it comes to the parents, but remember that Mandroid told them to bring the two humans back. Most likely the two aliens wanted to make sure they got the right ones, i.e. the ones with the cyber-sleeves, so Dot and Alex got really lucky if the Sharkticons still have the appetites they do in other continuities.
- It seems odd that Tarantulas doesn't come Back for the Finale but when one considers he wants to be left alone, he may not have bothered.
Fridge Horror
- It was said that Soundwave once ejected one of his cassettes, but because he was so low on Energon the little robot exploded. Did you notice how we've seen Frenzy, but there's still no sign of a Rumble?
