Belly goes to Brown to meet Jeremiah and asks Taylor to cover for her. Jeremiah is cold to Belly and visibly hurt when Conrad's roommate brings up Belly and Conrad's romance. When they get a flat tyre, Belly and Jeremiah finally talk about how Belly hurt him. Jere breaks down over his mother's death and Belly comforts him. Steven and Laurel spend time together as she prepares to go to New York to promote her book.

• Belligerent Sexual Tension: Steven and Taylor constantly mouth off to each other, Steven especially whenever Taylor's boyfriend, Milo, comes up.
• Heartfelt Apology: Belly apologises to Jere, not only for hurting him, but for not being there for him when Susannah died.
