Z-Squared reviews his first Video Brinquedo movie. It really doesn't leave a good impression on him.
In a film loaded with terrible animation, flat characters, a tepid story, and awful jokes, Z-Squared's sanity could only go so far. He finally breaks at the end until he recovers to deliver the final verdict.
- Badass Boast: Mocked. With the "Rocky" theme playing, Z-Squared starts listing things that Cruise didn't do that made him suddenly a racer.
- Berserk Button: Z-Squared mentions that, by the end of this, he might go into a nervous breakdown from hearing the very word "race".
- Big "NO!": In response to a question asking if anyone likes Mockbusters.
- The Cameo: The Annoying Orange (well, played by Z-Squared) gets a call from our hero, who begs him to save this movie.
- Eye Scream: The animation does this at one point.
- Good Is Dumb: Invoked.
- Humongous Mecha / Kill It with Fire: Who should be assisting Z-Squared (on the poster) in killing off the annoying characters? Trucksaurus!
- Laughing Mad: In the middle of Z-Squared's long winded scream, he giggles like a madman.
- Power Makes Your Voice Deep: The power of hate, that is. "DIE."
- Punctuated! For! Emphasis!: "THIS! FILM! IS! AWFUL!"
- Scare Chord: The very first pieces of footage are accompanied by the Psycho theme.
- The Scream: Oh, does Z-Squared have one at the very end.
- Soundtrack Dissonance: While Z-Squared has his little freakout, 'Joy to the World' is playing. The backgrounds are also genuinely peaceful.
- Take That!: Aside from the MANY against this film, there's another one against 'Movie 43'.
- Tempting Fate: Several times.
- Villain Song: The instances of Billy Talent's "River Below" imply this for Video Brinquedo.
