A visitor has delivered a birthday present to Mr Blossom. Meanwhile the Urpneys use Urpgor's new spying device on the Land of Dreams. Using the information they hear, Frizz is substituted for the present. Having failed, the Urpneys return to Viltheed with the present - a seed which grows into a Giant Venus Flytrap.

- Acquired Situational Narcissism: Frizz of all people, after he is convinced he has stolen the Dreamstone single-handed, wonders whether he should limit the autographs to one or two per day.
- Chekhov's Gun: Nug's home made fishing rod, which he later uses to rescue Frizz.
- Cool and Unusual Punishment: Zordrak uses the Urpneys as living darts for failing to get the stone.
- Downer Ending: Rare case among both sides. The Urpneys end up stealing Mr Blossom's present instead of the Dreamstone, leaving the heroes somewhat upset at dissapointing Mr Blossom, and the villains attacked by an uncontrollable plant.
- Oh, Crap!: The whole of Viltheed when the plant attacks.
- "Oh, Crap!" Smile: Frizz, realizing he is without the Dreamstone, right in front of an antsy Zordrak.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Nug accuses Frizz of this after he saves him with his home made rod. Frizz moans he almost killed him.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: The cheerless Mr Blossom gets his birthday present inadvertently stolen by the Urpneys.
