Laurie Moves Out is the eleventh episode of the second season of That '70s Show and originally aired on December 14, 1999.

Red is unhappy with Laurie's new living arrangements; Jackie wants Donna to be more honest and tell her about Kelso and Laurie.

Tropes:

  • Absurdly Ineffective Barricade: After it looks like Hyde's getting Laurie's room, she ends up staying. The end of the episode shows him standing there with the dresser up against the door telling her that she'll never get in. Cue Red opening the door outward.
  • Oh, Crap!: Laurie has a massive one when she sees Red at her new apartment...after he's already met her new boyfriend.
  • Sarcasm-Blind: Kelso is angry with Hyde when he is caught cheating. Hyde pretends to be sarcasm blind, but Kelso truly is:
Kelso: Hey Hyde, thanks for your help with Jackie man.
    Hyde: Sure thing man.
Kelso: Okay Hyde, do you know what sarcasm is?
    Hyde: No.
  • Slut-Shaming: Laurie usually doesn't care about the jokes and comments made about her sleeping around, but the only time she does is when Red is furious to find out she's living with a guy. He says no one will buy the cow if they get the milk for free, and she's visibly wounded, which was the one time Eric felt like it wasn't funny anymore.
