- Deranged Taxi Driver: Oscar is an ill-tempered cab-driver that Drives Like Crazy.
- "Freaky Friday" Flip: The Personality Transmogrifier can swap the minds of any two individuals. Due to Little Huey's bumbling, Raphael's mind winds up getting swapped with a cab driver.
- Inventional Wisdom: The Personality Transmogrifier was built with a self-destruct device that activates after it's used. It couldn't have been for safety reasons, since, they had this thing in the middle of New York City and its blast radius could destroy at least half of it. Even better, the time it takes when the self-destruct sequence is activated and when it actually blows up is entirely random.
- The Mirror Shows Your True Self: This seems to be in effect for people effected by the Personality Transmogrifier.
- Mister Big: Mr. Big is a Lorre Lookalike little person and the villain of the episode.
