Krang and Shredder kidnaps and replaces Irma with an android duplicate, intent on using her to annihilate the turtles.
Tropes:
- Pity the Kidnapper: After kidnapping her, Irma makes for an insufferable hostage for Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady, constantly making a mess and stepping on their feet.
- Robot Me: The titular "Turtle Terminator" is an android replica of Irma.
- Terminator Impersonator: The Turtle Terminator is a Killer Robot made in the likeness of a human acting out a single-minded pursuit to destroy a specific target, in this case the Turtles. Like in the first film, it even destroys random things that so much as reminds it of the turtles just to be thorough.
