Leatherhead makes a trek to New York City seeking revenge on the Turtles for his last humiliating defeat. Instead, he finds one of their other enemies The Rat King.

- "Everybody Laughs" Ending: April, Irma and the turtles laugh at Vernon's mistake for forgetting to remove the lens cap from the camera while recording the Rat King and Leatherhead's defeat.
- Evil Versus Evil: Leatherhead and the Rat King are just as willing to destroy one another as they are to destroy the turtles.
- Let's Get Dangerous!: Michelangelo is a complete slacker during the training session. But when a shot from Donatello's garbage launcher ruins his pizza, he flies into a rage, trounces Leonardo, destroys the garbage launcher, and claims victory. Leonardo and Donatello admit that Michelangelo is an amazing fighter with the proper motivation.
- Tempting Fate: Soon after April manages to escape the Rat King, she is captured by Leatherhead.April: I don't believe this! I nearly get blown to pieces by the Rat King, and now I'm completely lost! what else can go wrong?
