Go To

On Halloween, the Titans celebrate by creating a "pumpkin-man" and bringing him to life in order to celebrate, but must then find a way to prevent their new friend from rotting into sludge.

Tropes:

  • Animating Artifact: Raven steals a witch's hat off of a trick-or-treater and enchants it in order to bring Pepo to life.
  • Bigfoot, Sasquatch, and Yeti: After dealing with both the Headless Horseman and Witch Classic, an abominable snowman is the final obstacle blocking the Titans' route to the North Pole, acting as a border patrol that forbids perishable goods from crossing.
  • Comedic Sociopathy: Just when it looks like Pepo is about to finally rot and undergo a Disney Death while the Titans cry around him, a Frosty-esque joyful snowman arrives to welcome everyone to the North Pole. The Titans immediately behead the snowman and place Pepo's head on its body, restoring Pepo to life and giving him a happy ending while the snowman head is shown disintegrating while in agony.
  • Halloween Episode: The whole plot is about the Titans celebrating the holiday by creating a Halloween-themed friend.
  • Headless Horseman: One of these antagonizes the Titans to steal Pepo's head, but after taking it, realizes how rotten it's already become and gives it back. He then accidentally falls off a cliff he couldn't see without a face.
  • The Three Trials: In order to take Pepo to the North Pole and save his life by keeping him permanently refridgerated, Raven states that they'll need to overcome three challenges: the Haunted Hollow, the Witch's Gate, and the Abominable Snowman.
  • Whole-Plot Reference: To Frosty the Snowman.
  • Witch Classic: After dealing with the Headless Horseman, a green-skinned witch tries to take the witch's hat enchanted to bring Pepo to life. Robin ends up running over her with a slow-moving tractor, though she survives and vows vengeance as the Titans slowly drive away.
