After Starfire buys an ugly painting of a cat, the other Titans decide to educate her on what Real Art is and how to make it, such as the composition in "The Starry Night". However, their gallery tour ends up interrupted by Roy G. Bivolo, the Rainbow Raider.

- Brick Joke: It turns out that the ugly cat picture that started the plot was created by the Rainbow Raider.
- Conspiracy Theorist: When Starfire sees The Mona Lisa and comments on her lacking eyebrows, Beast Boy and Cyborg quickly create one about the woman in the painting being an alien. They turn out to be right after the Rainbow Raider turns her into a Portal Picture.
- Driven by Envy: The Rainbow Raider's motivation for stealing art is because he's an artist himself, and is jealous over none of his works being good enough to be submitted into a gallery.
- Malaproper: When Starfire is asked if she knows what "composition" is, she enthusiastically describes how to make compost.
- Phantom-Zone Picture: The episode ends with Starfire still genuinely appreciative of the Rainbow Raider's cat painting, and sipping tea with him while the rest of the Titans are trapped in a painting of the gallery they were in.
- Portal Picture: In order to escape the Titans, the Rainbow Raider uses his powers to enter the art itself.
