Cyborg and Beast Boy go to absurd lengths to try to get free pizza, only for all of their attempts to fail. Meanwhile, Robin is torn between building a senior center to help the senior citizens of Jump City, or building a pool so he can see Starfire in a bikini.

- 30 Minutes, or It's Free!: Cyborg and Beast Boy go to absurd lengths to try to ensure the pizza guy is late so they can get free pizza. Despite their efforts, the pizza guy always manages to get there in time, forcing them to pay for the pizza.
- Bat And Switch: At the end of the episode, Starfire is ready to have the bikini modeled... by Silkie. * cue Robin vomiting *
- Big Red Button: Cyborg presses one of these, which activates a very powerful laser beam from a satellite that destroys the pizzeria once and for all.
- Distracted by the Sexy: The idea of seeing Starfire in a bikini is what has Robin torn between building a senior center or a swimming pool.
- Fan Disservice: After Starfire modeled the bikini for Robin on Silkie, the latter comes out and poses with it, making Robin want to throw up.
- Heat Wave: The early part of the episode shows Beast Boy and Silkie doing their best to stay cool when a heat wave hits Jump City and the Titans Tower A/C is broken.
- Intimate Lotion Application: One scene has Starfire flying up to Robin, asking if he would help her apply sunscreen if the pool gets built, and he gets very excited about the idea and wonders if the senior citizens would like a pool... but then he gets an Imagine Spot of him rubbing lotion on an elderly lady instead and pipes down.
