Mario ate some bad spaghetti...
Mario has become really ill after eating some tainted spaghetti he found behind his toilet. Now it's up to Luigi and Saiko to shrink down and fight the illness personally.
- "Fantastic Voyage" Plot: Luigi and Saiko are shrunken down by SMG4 to try and cure Mario's illness from the inside.
- Not That Kind of Doctor: SMG4’s PhD in memes is the reason for Luigi seeking his help with Mario’s illness (thereby treating him as if he was that kind of doctor) and kicking off the plot.
- Oh, Crap!: A more literal example than most. After Luigi and Saiko get rid of the illness inside Mario's body, Luigi (who, along with Saiko, is still in Mario's body) asks how they're going to get out. The question is answered when Mario announces he needs to shit and heads off to the bathroom. Cue epic Freak Out from both Luigi and Saiko.
