- Attack Pattern Alpha: Alouicious Cynder tells this to the Colambian Thunderbirds under his command as they prepare for for their mission to extract Major Lazarus and the Columbian 503rd Assault Regiment from the battlefield.Cynder: Men of the Empire, prepare for battle. Pattern Sigma Prime, deploy and counter assault with extreme aggression.
- Battle in the Rain: This episode is entirely devoted to a battle between Commander 65's clone troopers and Major Lazarus's Colambian Patriots, the latter being also being supported by a Penitent Engine and the Tempestus Scions. There is heavy rain throughout the whole episode caused by a passing storm over the battlefield.
- Out of the Frying Pan: Major Lazarus and the Colambian Patriots get themselves into this situation in this episode. Taking heavy fire from Republic LAAT gunships, Lazarus desperately deploys a vortex grenade which forces the gunships to fall back. However, the clone troopers who were fighting against the Colambians on the ground get corrupted by Chaos after staring directly into the vortex grenade's blast and proceed to don jet packs. While Lazarus and his men no longer have to worry about the gunships, they now have to deal with a bunch of flying Ax-Crazy clone berserkers empowered by Chaos. It's only thanks to a last-minute rescue by the Tempestus Scions that Lazarus survives this.
