Do I not rival Ronnie James Dio in my rockability?!

Debbie and Quinn are fighting in the middle of the night, and break up again, with Virjay witnessing the whole thing. By morning, everyone knows of the breakup, and Virjay has claimed Quinn's guitar and amp for himself, deciding to get his old band back together.

Debbie claims to Debbie Love that she and Quinn would never get back together, to which Debbie Love said that Quinn was wasted on her anyway. Meanwhile, Marco discovers that Quinn is sleeping in the lab and offers to put him up in his room for a while.

Sparks promises to change the schedule so Debbie doesn't have to work with Quinn, Debbie Love, or Marco, while Stormy unsuccessfully hits on Debbie. Meanwhile, Virjay's old band, the Mahatmamas, is back together for this year's Battle of the Groups contest, and Virjay vows that this year they would beat their rivals the Ocean Bottom Nightmare Band (a band of animatronic weasels programmed to rock perfectly) with a new song Virjay composed called "Fishing Hole".

Sparks does Debbie's hair and announces that he's taking her out on the town to help her get over Quinn. Virjay's bandmates break into the reactor room to find something to get high with and accidentally cause a foreign object to fall in the reactor, giving themselves massive doses of radiation and setting Sealab on the course to self destruction. At the same time, Marco, Quinn, and Debbie Love get drunk off Marco's homemade raisin wine and decide to go to a bar.

At the Idiot (now moved from inside Sealab to it's own building under an underwater dome), Virjay confronts the now huge headed and mutated bandmates, who kick him out of his own band after they decide to go with the big head thing and sign a record label with a producer with an equally large head. Virjay screams that he hopes they die of the radiation they got. To make matters worse, the Ocean Bottom Nightmare Band have stolen his song.

On the bar floor, Stormy once again tries to flirt with Debbie, but is shut down. Debbie is forced to pretend that Hesh is her boyfriend when she spots Quinn in the bar and tries making him jealous, but he turns that on her head by saying he brought both his ladies-Debbie Love and an Asian named Yumi. The Debbies and Yumi start catfighting and the verbal attacks turn physical, with them ripping each others' tops off and everyone watching (except Stormy, who was blinded by God).

The Battle of the Groups host stops the fight and tells the Sealab crew that the reactor's about to blow up and they speed back to Sealab, but not before Virjay beats up the Ocean Bottom Nightmare Band. Quinn reveals that he can't get to the foreign object stuck in the reactor because his hands are too big. Debbie reveals both that she, the other Debbie, and Yumi got turned on by the fight and made out with everyone cheering and that she has small hands. Sparks forces Quinn and Debbie to work together to save Sealab.

Debbie and Quinn, though, start flirting in the reactor room and have make up sex.

The Stinger: As the clock counts down to zero, Virjay asks if they must end it on a lame quote from a James Bond film. Debbie asks Quinn to call her a dirty whore. Virjay declares that better before Sealab blows up again.
