- While canon!Zeck and Steranko don't end up fighting the turtles at Coney Island until after they're mutated into Bebop and Rocksteady, here its their attempts at capturing the Hamatos there that results in their mutation.
- While it took a high-stakes action scene with Bebop and Rocksteady before the canon!Turtles were able to spray Karai with retromutagen, Leo and Mikey here were able to spray Tang Shen before it happens.
