Still trapped in Nemesis without her powers, Usagi tries to find her friends and escape the Black Moon Castle. At the same time, Sailor Venus and Tuxedo Mask gather intel on the Black Moon, until they receive news of Chibiusa's dissappeareance from Pluto.

- Plot Hole: Mercury, Jupiter and Mars recognize Neo Queen Serenity as the one talking to Demand through Sailor Moon, despite the fact that they have never heard of her before.
- Powers via Possession: Usagi gains back her ability to transform and her Silver Crystal's Powers by channeling Neo Queen Serenity, who still sleeps at the Crystal Palace.
- Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: Rubeus tries to bail on the Black Moon after the Malefic Black Crystal Reactor goes out of control. He doesn't get far before he runs into Wiseman.
- Shut Up, Hannibal!: After Demand tells Sailor Moon how the Silver Crystal's unlimited power is what causes wars and misery, Neo Queen Serenity takes over and refutes it, pointing out it's greedy people like him who cause conflicts for the Crystal, which keeps peace.
- Will Not Be a Victim: Usagi, after her Forceful Kiss last episode, being a prisoner in Nemesis, and on top of that being blamed of Demand's obsession with her by Saphir, decides enough is enough and fights back, with some help from Neo Queen Serenity.
