SMG4 throws a birthday party for his friend Enzo, but Mario ruins it. Enzo throws another party - but he's been Driven to Madness, and he'll do anything to make sure it isn't ruined. Even if it means killing Mario.

- Big Damn Heroes: The Police crash through the basement wall to arrest Enzo and save everyone.
- Deadly Game: A game of hide and seek... except Enzo kills you if he finds you.
- Epic Fail: SMG3 tries to kill Mario three separate times. He fails each and every time.
- Even Evil Has Standards: SMG3 thinks that killing Mario just because he ruined someone's birthday party is "a bit extreme." This coming from a guy who wants to kill SMG4 because he got caught ripping off the latter's videos.
- Freak Out: Enzo after his birthday is ruined.
- Mad Bomber: Enzo tries to kill Mario, SMG4, SMG3 and Steve with a C4. Fortunately for them, the Police arrives just in time.
