Pat falls into a deep coma after injecting himself with the powered DNA. Nicole makes final preparations for when she is gone, but by doing so scares Simone into trying to flee back to Chicago with Janelle. David's plans for BIONA don't go quite as he expected, while the Crooked Man/Brayden puts his final plan into motion.
