  • Attack Its Weak Point: Late in the battle they realize that they need to attack the screen.
  • Cliffhanger: Billy announces to the Rangers that he's coming back, but King Mondo makes sure the former doesn't make it back alive.
  • Computer Equals Monitor: Enforced. The monster isn't a regular computer but a monster based loosely on Earth computers. Destroying his screen cuts off the source of his virus-based powers, but that doesn't defeat him.
  • Magical Computer: The episode opens with a very realistic depiction of contemporary Web browsing, but as soon as Tanya finds a "virus" everything shifts to a ridiculous Viewer-Friendly Interface mode.
  • Magic Countdown: The countdown on the computer virus jumps both forward and backward in time multiple times before being stopped at three seconds. Oddly, if the countdown had gone as normal it still would have stopped at three seconds.
  • Unfinished, Untested, Used Anyway: Raymond admits to Adam (as Zeo Ranger IV) that the anti-virus he'd been working on hasn't been properly simulated, but Adam decides to take it anyway. Thankfully, it works.
  • Villainous Breakdown: After his screen gets broken, Mean Screen gets pissed off and frustrated when noticing that nothing works anymore, at least the computer virus related stuff. Before he can retaliate with conventional attacks, he's taken out by the Zeo Megazord saber.
