Pound puts a diaper on Diamond Tiara (even though she could probably have done it herself) and she reveals that, like Pound, she was also reluctant to use the potty initially. He takes pity on her for having a mean mother and Diamond considers cussing Spoiled Rich out, but then both decide that it's bad to be a potty mouth.
Back downstairs, Diamond wants to have some fun and the twins claim that they play outside and with toys for fun, then bring up the time that they flushed Flurry Heart. Diamond Tiara doesn't want to be flushed because she once had a nightmare that Spoiled Rich turned her into a foal and flushed her but the twins say that they will not flush her.
They begin building a block tower and Diamond is a bit worried that she might have an accident or need the bathroom, but the twins reassure her that they can always fly out of the playpen.
The Cake parents return and initially they don't see Diamond Tiara, but then they find her, still in her infantile state. She explains what happened and thankfully turns back into her normal age.
