Dr. Leekie makes Sarah reconsider taking revenge after Kira is threatened. Meanwhile, Cosima faces the truth about Delphine; and Sarah decides the killer's fate.

- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Confronted with an intervention, Alison drops her Gosh Dang It to Heck! facade and blurts out "This is bullshit!"
- Punctuated! For! Emphasis!: This Take That! aimed at Aynsley:Alison: YOU BLEW! THE ROOFER! AT THE CABIN!
- Staying with Friends: Alison sleeps over at Felix's because her life's falling apart.
- Villainous Breakdown: Helena's freakout after Tomas locks her in the cage. Her shrieks of rage as she tries to kick the cage door open are alternately terrifying and heart-rending...
- Was It All a Lie?: Despite knowing from the start that Delphine was likely her monitor, Cosima is devastated upon realizing that it's true. Delphine willingly takes the anger thrown her way, but also desperately tries to convince Cosima that it wasn't a lie (or at least, it isn't now). While the audience knows she's telling the truth, Cosima can't bring herself to believe her.
