Nya leads the battle against Kalmaar and Wojira.
- Ending Memorial Service: The season closes on a memorial being held at the Monastery of Spinjitzu for Nya, attended by a crowd that trails down the steps up the mountain, before cutting to Nya, now lost to the sea, joyfully swimming with the whales.
- Ironic Echo: Nya asks Jay to deliver a message to her mother: "That's the way the cookie crumbles."
- Just Desserts: Wojira eats Kalmaar in one gulp.
- Mind-Control Device: Kalmaar's trident turns out to be this for Wojira. She isn't interested in obeying him without it.
- The Mind Is a Plaything of the Body: Merging with the Endless Sea leaves Nya more attuned to the ocean, and she leaves her friends behind to stay inside of it.
- Scaled Up: Inverted. Nya, now being made of water, can transform herself into a dragon to give her an edge in the fight.
