Now in the world of Prime Empire, the Ninja search for Jay as Unagami's forces hunt them down.
- Cool Garage: Scott's garage is hidden under a Level 999 stealth barrier, rendering it invisible to even Unagami. It also serves as the entrance to the League of Jay's hideout.
- Identically Named Group: Overlapping with Egocentric Team Naming, all known members of the League of Jay have 'Jay' somewhere in their usernames, answer to the name 'Jay', and have character skins of Jay's past outfits.
- I Know Mortal Kombat: Inverted. Being in a game world, the Ninja's skills are useless, requiring Level Grinding to do anything close to what they can normally do.
- Mooks: The Red Visors are all identical video game constructs that obey Unagami.
