YouTube and Zulu title: "Misteri Kosan Berhantu" (English: The Haunted Dorm Mystery)

Bambang is mad at Alan for making him pay the majority of their rent payment. Alan finds a gravedigger who could give him a job. Melani moves to Mami Bibir's house. Pipin wants another job and decides to learn how to make gado-gado.

This episode provides examples of:

  • Bait-and-Switch Compassion: After Alan is revealed to be the one who pranked Bambang, Prima voices disapproval of Alan's action... because he would like to record Alan's prank for fun.
  • Brutal Honesty: Bambang telling Pipin that her first attempt at making gado-gado is horrible. When Pipin cries over it, Bambang apologize but insists that telling the truth was morally right.
  • Continuity Nod: Prima brings up Bambang's own words about how arguing with a friend for three days is forbidden, which he said to Prima in episode 2. Bambang responds the same way as Prima did: it's not three days yet, so it's still okay.
  • Copycat Mockery: When Prima is frustrated by Bambang's spontaneous decision to leave, Prima quotes back Bambang's "I can't be treated like this" complete with Bambang's Javanese dialect.
  • Foreshadowing: Early in the episode, Alan calls his DVD sales "as quiet as a graveyard", foreshadowing his job for the episode.
  • Hypocrite: Prima and Mami Bibir calls out Bambang for clapping his hands for attention when Alexi is acting hysterical, saying that Bambang has no sympathy, when they and everyone else are recording Alexi's hysteria with no concern about Alexi's well-being.
  • Mistaken for Undead: Heri's photo and name is used for a tombstone in a graveyard scene. Bambang, Alan and Prima think Heri is actually dead and run away in fear when they see Heri again since they think he's a ghost. Heri then somehow mistake a completely normal guy for a ghost too.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: Limbong, the Alexi Show guest, is clearly based on Indonesian magician Limbad.
  • Once More, with Clarity: The night Bambang forces Alan to move out, we see a scene of Bambang being disturbed by a mysterious shadowy figure at night. After the figure is revealed to be Alan pranking Bambang, we get to see the scene from Alan's clearer perspective.
  • Shout-Out: The soap opera whose scene are filmed in the graveyard is titled Jodoh Keramat Bapak, a clear riff on Indonesian soap Jodoh Wasiat Bapak.
